Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

Do you all see the big picture!

They’re at those blaming legacy Sprint and others blaming legacy T-Mobile. You also have those that oblivious to what is in front of them and using profanity against the company to express their feelings. The real reason this is happening is because there are those that refused to accept change and others that didn’t do what they needed to do. There were so many silos within the company that could not work together and bring in more revenue. This is what we all get. It doesn’t matter what side you come from, it’s all about the shareholders. Blame who you want but the big picture is some have to move on and others will deal with the next roller coaster ride.

OP your post is condescending. Many of us in the trenches don’t get insight into revenue metrics. We have been doing our jobs.

Top management is to blame for this. Once the smoke clears, how much effort will it take to put Humpty Dumpty together again. Fingers crossed there won't be anymore data breaches. The company did a horrible job preventing them in the past and with less employees, it's probably a matter of time before it happens again.

The network is suffering from the last layoff and this layoff is going to make it worse. There are holes in coverage everywhere there never was before. Now they are going to get worse.

The iceberg has been in sight for years and you did nothing but watch it get larger and larger. Stop crying.

John Legere and Marcelo Claure are laughing their rear ends off right now.
