Seriously, these people even admit they don't care about doing their jobs. How did it get this way?

Maybe they are just more honest than those who are still in line to get hosed by at&t.
I mean, what the heck does the noc do, that is worth a flip anyway? And I thought most nocs, had already been staffed/sold to indians (I.e. AT&T east)
If your job was being outsourced to India, from (AT&T) you too would a have a little less level of give a ph--k. You will find out soon how that tastes. Outsourcing is coming for you too.
We now spend hours on the phone with Indian tech support for simple issues. I don't care at $48 an hour, I'll turn screws the wrong way until my shift ends. I'll take that days pay. God Bless AT&T.

The Stank is the problem ki-ling everyone's motivation. Stank needs to be fired if this company is going to survive. At the GoldmAn Sachs event he said he is disappointed the stock is low and investors aren't seeing the value
