Announce “new responsibilities” for the leadership team. That’s the same tired generic BS that got us to this point in the first place.

I think this is the Board's way of introducing Guertin as the next CEO.
Putting the cfo in charge of health care makes about as much sense as Karen still being allowed to run this company.
Math..... no more co presidents in retail. Betting we get realigned back to one DL one Regional one area manager. The duel separate leadership fs/Rx experiment has been run. Think if the money cutting that back to 2022 will save
so much for “flattening” the organization…
New responsibilities, they couldn’t handle the responsibilities they had. LMAO
The ability to use so many words to say absolutely nothing while sounding out of touch and self important is impressive.
So high up on their tower of bs they don't even know the foundation is crumbling. Maybe they do. Maybe they just plan on pillaging what they can before they fly off to their next host. But hey, at least we can say we delivered value to the shareholders who worked very hard for those dividends.
