Now that it's been a while after layoffs

How many jobs have you been expected to do since it happened?

They aren't done. it is going to be a bloody Christmas. They are looking at 15% of the total US workforce to be gone.

And if the economy continues to Biden up, expect another 5-10% next year.

Enough that all of my A level teammates are burned out and we're all actively looking to leave and discouraging others from coming here. It feels like they went way too far and there was not really a plan.

I've picked up no less than 4 associate's workloads. I have really grown to hate this place. Not the same as when I started 5 years ago....and now looking for greener pastures. My development has gone out the window and I am drowning, but no one cares! I see people taking time off for their mental health, but then they either wound up with B/S M/Y or their being talked down right now as if they are being set up for EOY rating downgrade.

They dumped the workload on everyone else. I have to take on 2 different people’s roles including mine.

Three. I literally have three jobs. All for one salary. The salary i was offered for one job when i got hired. Thankfully they were great resume fodder and I have an external offer I just got today.

Things just fall apart and nobody cares to pick up the slack.
