The SLT has no clue. Everything comes from the top down. No one seeks our input even though we are the front lines. We sell nothing. We install nothing. The competition is cleaning our clock. I have to believe that there will be a force adjustment in the not too distant future. It didn't have to be this way.

Sorry man, I'm 62yrs old with a 7 figure pension & 401k after 35yrs with the company. My bad attitude & their bad decisions that are causing my bad attitude aren't making me leave until I'm 65. I still do my job efficient and effective. I still know we're going to end up in a chapter 11 reorganization. Hate all you want & buy into the delusion and kool-aid being served. Not much different from when Nachio destroyed us in the early 2000's. I guess this is your 1st rodeo kiss emoji

I agree, who is getting overtime? Are they just working those groups so they can sell off that brand? Such a divided company.
So where is the overtime at? Everyone I know has nothing to do. Except Colorado and Phoenix area not much fiber is going on.
