Curious about those emails too. There was a recent email about the global career framework roles being actively mapped to that framework. There has been lower level talk of roles being looked at to align with global levels which probably ties into that.
Overall earnings on 11/1 missed projections but some areas were strong. There is some leadership realignment happening at a high levels as leadership from the IGNW acquisition steps out.
I've heard from other coworkers that the cloud teams still have open job reqs they are interviewing for. Sounds like some re-org will be happening probably but not much internal rum long of what they might look like. No guarantees of not having layoffs of course, but those are some of the rumblings.
What is indicating for folks that there might be a layoff on Monday ?

We were told GenPack would be assisting the coworkers in work load since we did not backfill during last layoffs. Now they are taking over the majority of work.
I heard people are being asked to stay on and train their replacements for a severence. My cousin turned it down said she would rather be unemployed then help this company any longer.

My sister was laid off yesterday night along with several others in her department. They were greeted with a tone deaf email yesterday AM that said they could work at home all week due in order to “respect their privacy”. Just a way to not have to tell them to their face that their jobs have been outsourced to Genpact. What a POS company CDW has turned into. They used to be invested in their employees.

Haven’t seen any promotions, have seen some job duty switching & moving around though
I don't get a sense of layoffs coming. It remains to be seen how we finish the quarter but I believe our performance is better than what we saw in Q2. Additionally, there are promotions occurring as someone already said and new job reqs opening up.
When they start "quiet cutting" such as task re allocation, changing your duties, and it becomes the job you didn't sign up for. They are trying to get you to quit. To avoid laying you off and paying out severance. Its totally legal and they are trying to get you to quit by making it hard for you to work there.
If layoffs are coming, why are they promoting people?
The constant casual suggestion of "coming in" to office sites is also a layoff in disguise.
I wouldn't be surprised. We haven't had good sales in a long time for our practice
