Why would they want to get rid of Calgary based roles that do not need to be on site? Lower pay, less transportation costs (1 plane trip a month is cheaper than the daily bus trips) and a bigger pool of applicants. Plus they have to pay for the big red building.
Moving to site & operations focused model. Whatever that means. God speed Calgary folks.
