Was that a large percentage from that unit?

I know when they reduce frontline, it will be a large amount of people, but small percentage wise.

I'm in retail and survived the last purge but hear another layoff is around the corner.

This isn't the same company that Sprint merged with 3yrs ago. Culture has shifted in the wrong direction. Its hard to imagine they'd let this happen after building up such a loyal employee base. Talent and hardwork mean nothing at this point in regards to job security. The damage is done.

That’s a lot of people in our org wow. I really feel bad for everyone impacted. Lots of smart people and great talent I’m sure mixed with people just cruising but sad nonetheless. Work is definitely going to change for the rest of us. But now we should be forward thinking and really be prepared for anything. Morale is at its all time low.
