The job market IS NOT doing good. The numbers of applicants for equivalent jobs to those being let go are absurd. The economy is wrecked. Companies realize this.

Just type in the name of the company and the year of the salary you are interested in. This way you have a better footing on what range you should negotiate your next jobs salary. Don't forget to add sign in bonus and extra vacation or sick days, overtime pay, flexible working hours, hybrid mode, etc. The job market is still doing good so you have the upper hand in negotiations. Unemployment is still low at 3.8%.
