The propaganda against unions in this country is something else.
Why do you think companies like Amazon put so much energy into preventing unionization?
If T-Mobile was unionized, workers at all levels would have better benefits, better job protection, and far superior severance packages if layoffs were to happen bc the package and layoffs would need to be negotiated. Unions give employees a seat at the table with senior leadership so the sole factor in determining worker policies isn’t shareholder value.

No. This is 2023 and I’m pretty certain most of the people here are salaried. I don’t/didn’t want the same raise as everyone else. I worked my a-s off for a bigger raise. A union doesn’t stop layoffs
The Union Bosses get your money, promise you everything, but when push comes to shove, they abandon you. It's an additional su-k on your paycheck
Coming from an AFL-CIO family, I know what unions "used to be" vs what they are today. They used to take care of you, had strike funds so you wouldn't go broke during a strike and they did NOT take your money, give it to the politician of their choice, not yours, and hope for the best. Unions have become the "soul-su-king greed monsters" these days. I have only worked in one union shop at the death star and so far, the only time I have ever been laid off after 9 years! So, NO!

Those thinking the primary purpose of a union is to stop layoffs are incorrect. A union’s purpose is to unite the voice of employees. Forcing executives to account for the employees voice along with their soul su-king greed.
