Rumor has it layoffs are coming again very soon! somebody i know in ANI let it slip that ALL staff were being rated again after their midyear reviews and another redundancy was 'possibly' on the way but they were told they werent... nothing surprises me about allsnake any more lies deceit and cloak and dagger

Above is true. Had to rate all our teams again from 1 - 5 with no context why. Given 48 hours to do this for SL.
Something is brewing somewhere and it doesn’t bode well
It's the Allstate way: Hey, we gave you a job x years ago. But since we can't manage our way out of a paper bag and deliver profitably, we're going to make you re apply for the same job you already have.
Then we can tell ourselves the lie that the people who took severance 'chose' to leave Allstate.
But the people who stay will be the same people who refuse to change their mindset to do anything differently. So that ensures we'll not change our overall culture one iota.
Six months later, you're more than likely going to see your position, or one similar to it, advertised on the external we are hiring site.
Then next year when our latest flavor of the day boondoggle ( Transformative Growth etc...) doesn't do what we thought it would....we'll be asking those who made it through the last round to re apply for their jobs again.
Lather, rinse repeat.
@qnoz stfu ur clearly a senior leader whos job is safe 'for now' time will come for u! While junior staff are rated under ur new 1-5 scale and you all sit there pretty on ur 45+k gbp salary while you all sit and try to hold every one else accountable what do you actually do.... Go to meetings and tell everyone else how to do their job.... Id like to see you deal with AAM or SCCM guaranteed uve no idea what they actually are you eejit gon do us all a favour and leave ur salary covers a few front line staff absolute id--t!!!

There is an old thread from a few months ago that said more redundancies company wide where coming in October and Q1 2024. It had a lot of info. Our area had a meeting with our senior manager recently and we asked was there any truth to it. They responded by saying we work for a company that goes off quarterly results and that they can't guarantee everyone's jobs including their own

Something is happening within Workflow. Lower level roles were transferred to Express and replaced by India. Talk of making it centralized, lots of last minute meetings. I do believe that’s where we will see additional cuts.
Internal re-assessments are well underway company wide
Haven't had a mid year review in about 5 years so I guess I'm safe
It’s all just wait and see. I’m just biding my time.
