They’re cracking down on us with metrics, basically don’t want us to use the bathroom even though we get no calls half the time. Layoff? I’ve been trying to get another job or get out of here for months

I'm in e&i and i haven't noticed any crazy metrics. Use the restroom on your breaks/lunch. Not that difficult.
