How does it work if the person getting notified is on PTO?

I'm on LOA. Actually medical procedure leave.
Got a invite. (Checked my email because I saw the Consumer team warning here). I said "tentative" since I thought I may be busy at the time. I got a text message apologizing for interrupting my LOA, and asking when I was available to meet that day. It was late, but we met and got canned.
The person who asked this question SHOULD get fired. How will you know? Uhhh, when you show up the next day and all of your equipment doesn’t work and your former colleagues ignore your calls.
Email with MM from Sr Mgr if they are local
I was supposed to be on PTO but knew that last Thursday was the day, so I just made sure to join that wonderful “org updates” webex to learn that I was sh-t canned. Then I deleted all of the PTO I had entered so they’d have to pay me fire it, finished packing and left for vacation.
If you're on PTO, a little bird will fly over your head & cr@p on you, that's how you'll know.
Yes lol i got called and right away i knew from the tone of the voice i was getting let go
Last year, people did get notified while on PTO. They still got the MM invite.
does anyone know if workday counts future PTO? like over the holidays? because those days are already accounted for in my T-Nation balance.
Yup. I'm on pto today and tomorrow.... Will see if I'm on the list....
Don't spend too much.
Op here, i haven't heard anything yet, have my PTO entered on workday.
Last year people on PTO did not get notified until they came back. Not sure about this time...
I am also and did. Manager sent a text and then set up a WebEx, hopefully you didn't already put your PTO in workday
