I get RTO from a business perspective and not having an empty building. The pictures and donuts don't do much to make me feel better about being in the office. It seems as though there are people who truly enjoy being in the office. If that's the case, then let them come in and others come in during important times. This week has been a disaster.

"Multiple people on my team who were in the office yesterday were home sick today"
Usually PHYSICAL illnesses don't incubate that fast... sounds more like a reflection on RTO and office conditions in general.
I dread going into the office since it’s like a puppy mill. One dog get sick then the rest of them get sick. It’s only a matter of time. At least wonder wonder if they really thought this one through. I don’t think so but he-l I might be wrong.
RTO. People su-k. You can’t flush a fu----g toilet or when you park you don’t give a sh-t about peoples cars. I’ve been here for 2 damn days and do-g ding galore. Hope you rot in he-l mother fu----s
My RTO experience so far has been mostly smooth, thankfully. All of my required equipment was present and working, etc. No major tech issues. My desk was dirty but not horrendously so.
The entire RTO premise is still every bit as unnecessary now as it was when it was announced though. And every bit as dishonest. And every bit as disruptive to people’s way of life.
Multiple people on my team who were in the office yesterday were home sick today, which means illnesses are already going around the office. I’m sure it won’t be long until I or someone else on my team has to take time off due to catching a cold, the flu, Covid, you name it.
Yay culture!
