Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

Does DXC touch the Birmingham IT disaster?

American here. I just learned that the oracle ERP project implemented for the Birmingham city council has had huge delays. Given that Xchanging was a fairly large British company (for better or worse) I was wondering if DXC has some hands touching this project? Can anyone share some info?

I think it was EY. They’ve brought in PwC and KPMG to help. No wonder they are bankrupt!

DXC had nothing to do with Birmingham but up to something dodgy in Australia.

No, not every c0ck up is dxc caused.

ERP implementations have a high fail rate even when they are actually being used for the purpose it was designed for.

Super high risk pouring big money into it.
