I'm not sure when it happened, but I went from loving what I do to absolutely hating my job. It doesn't help that DXC is such a mess and has been for years. I'm this close to quitting and leaving the entire industry. I'm at the stage where flipping burgers seems like a preferable employment option to anything in tech.

Why what team area are you with ?
Also, flipping burgers can't be outsourced.
Another advantage to flipping burgers is you don't need to attend useless meetings and townhalls.
At least you'd get an annual rise flipping burgers! Although from what I hear other tech companies would treat you much better. DXC has a unique approach...
