They will tell you to refer all questions to your package and some bullsh-t 800#

Any room to negotiate a bigger severance?

Umm...they have a set policy (that was last updated on 8/30/23 for IC's and Sr. Managers and below). Unless you have "Director" attached to your title, there's nothing to negotiate.
