Any room to negotiate a bigger severance?
Umm...they have a set policy (that was last updated on 8/30/23 for IC's and Sr. Managers and below). Unless you have "Director" attached to your title, there's nothing to negotiate.
Oh yeah, good point on education. Specially if you are few credits to complete it.
