Hello, I was terminated (in a RIF) on 05.04.2023. I was one of 101 people terminated.
I know that we had other layoffs, and that they were spread out over weeks.
Does anyone have any information/numbers on other layoffs at Optum for other weeks?
Or does anyone know if Optum has to report the number of layoffs and where I can find it?

At least you were layed off and they didn't try to find an excuse to fire you lol.
What area was this and what was your role? Have you found something else internally or externally?
I was notified of my RIF early April. There were consistently over 500 other ppl on the HR Direct calls re: benefits, relocation/move to other roles, Q & A, etc. Some of us got 2 weeks notice of our last day, some of us got a month.
My advice - move on! You are your own corporation, find a job and pour your heart and soul into it. You will be rewarded for some time, before they cut your heart out. Save as much as you can. They will be wielding sharp knives. It's america. Thanks for tuning in.
Also a large one on 8/10 term date
They do not report - they did have some on 8/17 and 8/24 (termination dates) unsure of all of the other ones in between and these 2 were large.
