“ I got my degree from Devry and I'm smarter than you'll ever be :)”. Apparently English wasn’t your best subject? Colleges like DeVry are nothing more than diploma mills where one pays for a degree that is not worth the paper on which it is printed. If you want to “Drink the Koolaid” and prop up someone because they have DEI privileges, that is your choice. Just don’t try selling that garbage to people who have firsthand knowledge of those incompetent “leaders.”

“ The person you keep criticizing has a wealth of experience and excellent education beyond their DeVry degree.”. Seriously? Have you read that resume? When one is GIVEN a position because of their DEI privilege with a degree that is the laughing stock of higher education, it is no wonder that people are slamming a person who’ll retain their job because of their privilege while others, who are actual contributors are being shown the door!

Word is that New England and Connecticut will be severely reduced and will cancel next years network improvements.

"So, T-Mobile is getting rid of frontline employees and keeping managers, especially those with their worthless online degrees from so-called colleges like DeVry, University of Arizona, and the like? Great move a--holes. When you have an SLT member making comments about how one should put their faith in God while they enjoy their DEI benefits, as they have ZERO qualifications, it confirms that this company is a faux Sprint that will fail while those same slugs enjoy the benefits of their golden parachutes on the way out the door. I hope I’m on the “chopping block” as this company is a disaster led by id--ts!"

Some of you are incapable of reading resumes all the way through. The person you keep criticizing has a wealth of experience and excellent education beyond their DeVry degree. Keep in mind, DeVry was once considered a good school for technology folks, u til it wasn't. Can't fault someone for going there and can't ignore the great education they've had since then. They've also worked in high level roles prior to this one and has accomplished far more in their career than you ever will. Is criticizing minorities the only way to make you feel better about your lack of career progress and severe fragility?

All my meetings are cancelled. It’s gonna be a long week of just waiting until Friday. The Engineering projects are at a standstill for my team, a lot of the teams we were working with are gone.

If we make it passed this round, it’ll be very interesting to see how this pans out with workload to be picked up.

If you live in Overland Park, you will not see unemployment until you exhaust your severance. This is a change from the last few years, where you were able to double dip with collecting your severance while collecting unemployment. It’s Kansas’ way of screwing you out of your benefits.

I’m curious how they cut up Ulf’s org this week. They’ve made so many changes to how teams operate, all of them really d-mb so far, and I could see them wiping a lot of teams out.
