Claims leadership got the decisions and details for many areas of Claims last week. When do they plan to get on with it?

I'm thinking 9/19-9/20 might be the dates. Odd that Allstate connection meeting is on Monday the 18th. I believe it is usually done on a Wed. That's not the sole reason for my 9/19-20 prediction tho.
They have obviously lost their way the last 3 years and now building bridges backward because that’s what the business designers driving the bus know and have now missed the window to push through a future looking way to compete differently.
Claims is a mess. They almost need to start over at this point anyways.
Claims is adding 1000 reps in multiple AORs.
When is this happening? This week? Next week? Details!
