You all need to stop suffering from Stockholm Syndrome!! If you are laid off...then leave!! You turn back and you will turn into a pllar of salt!!! There is life...great unimaginable life...outside of this hideous company.

Inflation is an outcome of everything I just mentioned. It didn't just appear out of nowhere because Biden is president.
If you are in engineering , you are basically screwed.. All US Carriers like T and VZ are cutting and not hiring. Telecom vendors are also cutting as their business shrink due to consolidation of carriers after TMO and S mergers. All my ex-colleague who got layoff last Aug got a much lower paying job or have to switch industry and start all over again. My ex Senior manager only got a PM job in a small contracting company recently and another Senior manager I have worked with is now a s/w developer at entry level.
There are some open mobile expert positions available. Now get out there and sell a watch or I will PIP you.
