That last reply was obviously corporate. Since “Transformational Growth”, all customer service is at vendors in some of the most unstable countries around the world. Talk about PII exposure…I feel sorry for any customer trying to call for service. Claims is next….adjustors will go to vendors as well as FNOL. Hold on…it’s coming
