@vnx Thanks for the info and clarification. None of these layoffs should be of any surprise considering this company is trying to move everything onshore to offshore and India as soon as they can. All while raising premiums and providing lackluster foreign customer service. Nauseating how much of a wrong direction and total lack of leadership this company has right now. More cuts to come I'm sure. We in Claims are expecting and waiting for our turn.
SDDS is Service Delivery. Basically CCC, ASIC, Underwriting, and most everything customer and agency facing. It wasn't "gutted" but there were quite a few impacts.
Could someone please define the acronym SDDS? And what areas of the United States are they in?
A lot of Carla's org was impacted this week. Not sure if this is what OP is talking about.
