This seems like an unstable job with a shaky company at a sketchy location but beats sleeping in a tent on skid row of L.A.
with possible layoffs on the horizon remember one possible choice is

It really depends on your situation. I think $120k is good pay anywhere, but if you can get an offer for more elsewhere, I’d go for it.
