Hearing that there were some announcements today in Service Delivery impacting some areas there. Any confirmation of exactly what areas and how many? Any further word on the highly rumored and speculated Claims layoffs that are making the rounds not only here on this site but within the organizations?

I only know of impacts in SDDS. Several sr leaders (at least 2 directors) and some education folks. Also heard escalation groups in ASIC and CCC. Probably more but all I know for sure. I hate it for the impacted employees but also the poor customer that will get sh-t in vendors for customer care. I hear claims impacts to vendors coming soon
If you get reported to HR just tell them you're busy creating a hostile workplace and they'll look the other way.

6200 people throughout the US were let go Thursday and Friday…..right before a 3 day weekend……nice job Allstate!!!
