@6nqi+1oo6FO9O - oh sure... right after they revamp the software bundle price locks so that customers don't get absolutely screwed the year after the lock expires.

@6bhr+1oo6FO9O - I don't suppose that part of the plan includes TR actually improving its products so that people will want to purchase or renew.

Over 60% of the reps in TAP S/M are pacing below YTD expectations according to what I've seen/heard. If they have been below expectations for three months or more, then I'd expect them to be on some sort of plan like me.

TAP, nooooo…. How would they??

Renewal increases over 10%, ongoing Software issues, customer service and other depts going overseas, and of course incredibly high quotas! I’m not sure what Upper Upper management is thinking!!

Customers our experiencing Much higher new and renewal prices (like never before), along with experiencing 1st hand, TR cost cutting efforts by going outside the US for customer service - doesn’t make sense to them! Or us.

TAP has hit maybe 5 total months over the last 4 years. Has not hit a year since 2018.
