Dang T-Mobile you had a good thing going for a while. It really had nothing to do with the CEO or SLT it had everything to do with the people. You have some.... correction had some of the best analysts in the industry. All you had to do was task them with finding a solution. Instead, you rip people out of the org or if we give into rumor you pay someone to rip other people out of the org without taking into the account. The waves and ripples that those people are like they're of create. Enjoy going forward. Just remember this is the mess you created. No one but you.... I'm sorry if you're impacted. I am too. Word is all of resource planning is gone, Most of back office support is gone on the eve of one of our biggest sales months of the year. I wish I wasn't scared to find another spot or search for another job, but I am... I loved this place and the people in it. If you were impacted, my heart goes out to you.

I think people mean well with comments like this but a fairy tale character is not going to help.
Do more with less. Okay, I’ll look for a different job while on the clock. This isn’t the T-Mobile I started working for years ago.

It is very frustrating. I was impacted in 2020 as a legacy Metro employee, then just got notified once again today. The new path for the company is all in on digital adoption, cart before the horse as is the T-Mobile way. It’s time to squeeze every dollar they can out of the machine, even if they have to fail laterally and upwards.
I’ve been through so many of these changes and seen so many friends get ripped out of the company that sometimes I feel some kind of survivors remorse or something. All these people gone and the only things told to us is “hey, be happy you still have a job. And get ready to do more with less”. That should be the new company slogan. Do more, with less!! And smile.
