When can I publish my “tell all book “ about how we deal with customers?

They are literally committing fraud right now with their NEW GO 5G PLUS plans. Ever since those plans started they’ve had an “error” on those plans where they Stay throttled. For the first month that happened it seemed like an error but it’s been going on for months now, since the creation of those plans. So, people are paying premium money for promised premium data that’s not supposed to get throttled L and T-Mobile throttled them from the very day those plans started. It’s not an error, it’s fu----g done on purpose to just charge people more money and not deliver as a means to save money or in this case cheat people out of their money.
