LDM= Leadership Development Manager
A useless role.
Okay and what is an LDM. All of business support was fired too. They told REsource planning and Bus S. new positions would open tomorrow that they could reapply for BUT it will be fewer to fend for and pay would be less. They new remastered positions will be the same sh-t as the old with different descriptions to make it legitimate and more work load and less pay. They did offer them a job back on the phones. Take the severance. The fu----g he-l the put us through on these phones over metrics now is awful.
Also happened at the call center in Overland Park today, RP, QA and a few program managers. Apparently some were told if they transfer to a role taking calls they would be spared
No mo--n. The call centers aren’t closing.
So wait, we tell the feds that we're building/opening 5 CEC's and going to fill them, and now 3 years later, we've closed all the CEC's?
Sounds like Mikey wants ol' Merrick Garland prodding his 4th point of contact.
Lol, attrition didn’t go from 3% to 75%. I don’t know about 75%, but it was never 3%. What the he-l does covid have to do with this?
All of Augusta Ga RP and all but 2 trainers were let go. Quality gone too. The quality of calls are about to be really interesting. Covid proved it when attrition went from 3% to 75% .
Resource Planning
What does RP stand for?
That was all CECs not just down south
Out west too, along with Training Managers and LDMs.
