There are many remote employees and contractors still moonlighting and some are even working on the fake identity especially in the technology side. Guy who gave the interview is not the same guy showed up on the first day. Many (non American) employees and contractors who don’t know anything made their way in the company using proxy to clear interview. Complete mess here!!

lol what? This is the first I have heard of this. How many people do you need to classify as "many" to you? 3? 5?20?
I dont care if my coworkers are moonlighting, as long as I dont have to pull their weight. If they can make money on the side, then let them and get out of their business. It would be great if they didnt have to have a side gig, but thats the atmosphere of today.
The rest of your post sounds like bigotry and paranoia to be honest. I doubt you honestly have an experience where a different person showed up, all I can find are news articles from non-reputable sources.
If you have any real issues then report em to HR and Legal and get the people fired. Not sure what making on a post on this forum will do for you
Proxy for interview is in the market for quite sometime, but after covid and the remote work, fake identity is an issue. Person who got the job and person who is actually working are not the same.
