Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

For next weeks RNE&O cuts…….

Don’t forget to complete your quarterly Cornerstone training before you box your stuff up. Have to get those extra points for the Ops scorecard. Don’t let Iowa keep winning, they’re not even a real market.

Slip, Trips, and Falls
Hot Work
Blood Borne Pathogens
Ladder Safety (even though you’re not allowed on ladders)
Lock Out, Tag Out (even though you’re not electricians and can’t touch power bays, ATS, or HVAC)

NE was always Nevilles favorite as that's where he got started at TMO.

I hope they get rid of Sr. Managers and Sr. Directors.

WTF is wrong with you? Who hurt you? What are you like this? These cuts go much deeper than the lowest performers. We already felt like we cut too deep last year. I'd venture to guess that you're actually the one in your team that everyone wishes would go, because it really sux working with a--holes.

Norton Office - the ceramic jar where the names of the laidoff people are burned and placed in it. It’s near E.P.’s office …..

It’s the same old story here. The crybaby that started this thread has never been an asset to the company and EVERYONE they have “worked” with will be glad to see them go! If you’d only done your job and supported your team, instead of trying to make yourself out as something you most certainly are NOT, you’d probably be retained. But, the secret is out and you’ll be gone. Unfortunately, it should have happened many years ago, but I find comfort in knowing that another slug will be out! He-l, you don’t even deserve the payout you’ll be receiving. I only wish I could be the one showing you the door!

I wish everyone well for next week. This has been a very difficult time for so many people. If you're impacted, I hope you're able to get some much needed time off, but bounce back quickly and thrive post-T-Mobile with a great severance in hand. Take care.

This below is hilarious. Cuts are happening everywhere and every region's KPIs could be impacted. Don't mistaken KPI success for more effort. Anyone who's been around for a minute should know this.

"The only winners on the scorecard are ALWAYS in the NE.. NE is always kicking a-s.. cuts in the NE would be trouble for the company.. you better think twice about it ULF"

I already thought about it, I’m cutting all you jabronis, guidos, and Massholes first with that attitude.

Lol, after this job I hope to never hear the letters K, P, I mentioned in that order ever again. Load of nonsense.

Did you forget about the MBP scorecard?

Make sure the made-up metric - NEX doesn’t degrade. Easily the worst KPI ever created.
