100-110 people including the director. Virtual Retails quality team was also eliminated whichnis separate from the 100-110

So sorry to hear this!
There was a small handful of people in quality (5 or 6) not impacted. No idea how or why they decided to let the folks go that they did. Sprint tried this same thing with quality and customer service tanked. Hopefully stock price does drop too much before we can all sell our vested stock.

All quality ever did was enable bad management to harass their employees.
Also who needs quality when you can barely understand our outsourced employees who don’t report to Tmobile and can basically do whatever they want.
Why do you even need quality when you have nexedia?

Coaches are doing quality now from what I was told. That makes more sense to me than some team sitting at home doing this. Don’t they have speech technology to do call center work anyway?
