They did a job for retail scheduling and call center staffing.
Basically CHATGPT replaced them because it can do an entire companies worth of work in five min vs paying all of these people.
Think of it like old time operators who were replaced by switches.
They do the people scheduling that the managers and coaches should do. They’ve done it like that for 25 years with no changes.

All they did was make up a timeline period to stack rank you.
If you would be number 20 for the last 6 month and you pi---d them off they would just change it to 7, 8, or 9 months to make sure your shift su-ks.
