Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

Purple Sprint

Can everyone finally accept that this company is no different from any other publicly traded corporation? If eliminating your role increases the stock by 5 cents for a few hours, you're gone.

I gave up trying to excel anymore. There's no reason. Just waiting for retirement or layoff, whichever comes first.

T-Mobile was great for me long after 2012, but this is always at least in part dependent on your org, direct boss, team, etc. Has su-ked the last couple years.

That’s why we need to make adjustments to our personal life and adapt. Don’t give anything extra to the company. Keep a healthy work life balance. When you leave they move on. We should do the same. T-Mobile was special in 2012 where we were crawling from fourth place. Those days are over and T-Mobile is just another a--hole in the game.
