We know how easy it is for experts at home to share information with non T-Mobile employees about customers and employees. This is why T-Mobile is not going to wait to be 100% in office we start in October!

It’s me, the one that said I will not go back to a call center to take calls full time vs the current hybrid schedule. I am no peasant and am already on the job hunt. If you want to cape for this company go ahead, they don’t care about you. The front line here is as expendable it’s ever been. The call centers are a horrible work environment with extremely sub par leadership.
If you do not see that or agree with it, go ahead and rot at your desk taking calls for ungrateful customers and a company that doesn’t care about their employees.

I can tell you to look for another job peasant.

“Are you so brainwashed that you cannot remember before 2020?”
Are you so brainwashed and think that they would be able to make changes to the pods in less than 30 days?
Read the post about it starting October…
These post should be informative about the layoffs that are happening, not too be spreading ridiculous rumors so calm down.
“I work in a CEC and there is no way we can have experts work on site 100% of the time. We don’t have the seats for them Monday - Friday plus our ACs.“

Customers call on the weekends as well

This is actually something I agree with. For the most part, CS su-ks way worse any time you get an agent the is WFH. It's just better when they are in a call center.
I heard this also. I’ll be waiting for the email. Towards mid September.
