I just wanted to congradulate whomevers idea it was to bring in a contractor to build what might possibly be the best, most innovative and advanced dispatch management system ever created. It's especially suited to handle what might arguably be the most sofisticated, technologically advanced portion of our business. Without the foresight of such leaders seeing beyond the likes of our legacy systems we might not be able to continue to properly do our jobs. Our reward now is to spend countless hours navigating this wonderful system, its so intertaining! Kudos to you, hope your raise is forthcoming!

You must be new to the system. Welcome finally to the future. Have a problem build a inc ticket. Have a problem building inc ticket? Build a inc ticket for the inc ticket. Dispatch will not help you. Your manager can’t help you. Good luck.
