For those of us who are sick of the toxic culture and hypocrisy from our leadership and management, how can we go about getting laid off? Would refusing to adhere to the 3-days RTO policy help, or will that just get us fired? Has anyone gotten fired for refusing to RTO? Our management are jerks and it drives everyone crazy. I want to get my severance and go find something much better.
