From my experience at Esurance, he was an amazing CEO with lots of diverse skills and drove results well.

The guy had a heart and soul. No others in leadership, most of all TW, sold their souls to greed and the devil long ago.
Because he took a job as ceo of another insurance company instead of the ridiculous job they gave him here
Company never once made a dollar. Combined ratios well over 100. Can’t be good leader if company lost money annually for 20 plus years. What am I missing?
