Seagate has become like the place where you pick up your paycheck for doing just the basic, or if we're being honest, sometimes even less than basic work. It has become common knowledge that this isn't a place where you can grow your career, so there's no need to try hard. I should feel guilty for feeling and acting this way, but I truly don't. Seagate has brought this on itself.

Mercenary mindset. Yep. I can also cut my personal cost of work just like Seagate can cut my pay and do RIF. Loyalty and lack of it goes both ways.
