If a person is CPMed who typically delivers the massage? First level manager? Second level manager? HR? Automated massage?

In Ireland the massage chairs were given away during covid and the room they were in was turned into a prayer room. It's actually quite ironic when you think about it.

Your manager delivers the papers and collects your badge, then you are immediately escorted out of the building like a criminal by security. Your stuff will be mailed to you.
I think you are on to something. It would be no fun getting cpm, but it could be comforting to get a massage by ELT of your choice before you are escorted out by Intel security.
You will see clear signs. Your manager will start to avoid eye contact. You will ask for feedback on projects or work and will be told to slow it down a bit. Finally, you will see a 1-1 show up on your calendar w/ your boss. Trust your intuition. You will know inside you are getting waxed long before the 1-1 massage appointment.
