FP&A might have, but remember that Finance (Osvaldik's org) is much bigger than FP&A.
Not sure on % but 25-30% was the target.

Nothing is ever good enough for Finance leadership. Sad.
Has this date been verified?
Finance has been spiraling down, morale wise , for at least a couple years now. It's difficult to imagine it could get worse - but for those left behind, I expect it will. Some of the Finance leadership is horrible and clueless, and certainly contributed to my decision to leave. Life is better out of there.
