Stated accurately

PW is about countless meetings and PowerPointing alternative realities.

And definitely low performers I clouding non performers getting top performer ratings via PowerPoint storytelling.

Kissing up I'd the most critical skill to success at PW

As ex-employee, the way PW works is the leaders responsible will PowerPoint their way out of everything, and low performers will be awarded as top-performers (as long as they did the critical job of kissing up to their executives.

All of this was avoidable - no one listened.
People were snorting the hype about the greatness of the GTF like cheap East Hartford coke off a strippers t-t.

Thanks to the sc-m execs.
