No exit interviews, I assume?

They won't. They know everyone thinks layoffs su-k, morale will be down, and they wouldn't get any useful data at all from it. So they will just run surveys at the normally scheduled time in Q4.

They will send after layoffs are done so everyone who didn’t get axed feels grateful and boosts the score.

What’s the over/under on one of these fine surveys coming out mid October?

Not taking the survey sends the best message.

HR “streamlined” this process last year, resulting in it going from quarterly to twice a year. They’re not even doing the usual pretending to listen any more. Is that piddly $500 worth sticking around until December to find out what benefits they’re gonna cut? Will your stock vestiture be enough to keep you around until February after that? Will you keep hoping to see some commission roll in from all those digital ready customers? T-Mobile will gladly pay you tomorrow for some record-breaking profits today.
