Union Anyone? Is it time?

I would gladly pay dues to have affordable health care, pension, better match on my 401K and to know that little things like the amount of time I can carry over every year isn't changing, and lets not forget the most important. The UNION would make sure that you get the proper pay rate for your job plus we would have recieved a raise for inflation not just some BS $1000 cr-p bonus paid out over 2 payments taxed to no end. So we would have gladly accepted a union to protect my workers rights
NO
AT&T has a union. Ask any employee how much their dues are and they think it's worth it.
Unionizing most companies makes no sense.
You pay dues each month.
You have a minimum raise you are guaranteed each year (which we already get)
But everyone gets the same.
I bust my a-s for big raises and get them. And any lazy mo-o should not get the same.
We would all still be at risk of layoff. But likely without a severance.
Salaried are not offered any more protections (we will still work a sh-t ton more than 40 hours a week)
What would be the purpose? What do you think we would gain?
Yes! A union wouldn’t agree to dragging this out for 5 weeks. If not for the rumor mill, we would have no idea when our area is on the chopping block.
Why would you want to fight just to keep working at this shithole. Just quit and get a better job. It’s not worth it.
He-l noooo
Union su-ks
Nope!
No
We pay enough taxes as it is.. why would you want to lose additional income to another uncaring union boss?
It never is time. Unions are useless.
People love to offer this idea up, but being in a union hasn't prevented thousands of layoffs at AT&T every damn year.
There is a website you can join , workers united or something like that but the haven't updated anything on their sight since covid days.
