Director in my business unit within retail ops/planning told us today that our team is impacted but they don’t know to what extent. We will know tomorrow or Thursday. Then told us all to WFH until the sh-t storm is over, if anyone is left.
I think they already have vlt trainers. Field trainers will be impacted from what I’ve been hearing
Do they already have the VLT trainers staffed though? I understand part of this might be a lay off of the role and then asked to apply for the new role, but still would leave a gap until hiring is done? Unless training won't get the 60 day garden leave.
Why would anyone need live, in person, training? 99.9% of technology training is done Virtually and/or by Pluralsight.

How do we know training will be impacted? I'm wondering what will happen with the active new hire classes...
Training is getting hit hard, but I believe that's going down later in the week

Interesting, I've had the opposite conversations with my boss. They've told us they are unsure about the impact but believes training will be impacted in some way. What makes you say otherwise?

Consumer group here, training and delivery specifically. Nothing yet. Some rumors say it's coming and others say training is safe. I'm going into each day with a "it is what it is" mindset. We'll all be okay either way.
