"We ran lean prior to Sprint" PLEASE!!!! If you worked for Sprint you know what running lean means! Anyone that spent 10 years at Sprint knows what it is like to take on extra work. I cannot tell you how many legacy TMO teams I have come across and heard them say they are so busy! Let me tell you in my experience with TMO, TMO busy is nothing close to Sprint busy!

Since I have been a part of TMO I could get my work done in two days and ask for more to fill the rest of my week!

I've been here 15+ years and for the first about 10 it was fine. It's been the last 5 years that have really su-ked.

Wonder if they still need to add more folks to the list?

"if you have been here 10+ years. The company has been good to you, so try and understand where the situation lies"

How's that boot taste? Heaven forbid someone try to work for and retire with a company they've invested over a decade of their life to help make successful and profitable. These capitalist pigdogs do not give a sh-t about the people they're negatively impacting all because $2.59 billion in profits last year wasn't a big enough number.

We ran lean prior to the sprint merger where our head count grew by 20k + and we will be fine and run lean after the cuts in head count.. reality is there are a ton of redundant positions and the far must be cut I’m probably part of the trimming but the reality is.. if you have been here 10+ years. The company has been good to you, so try and understand where the situation lies

I'm thinking its going to hit us next week. Our remote switch manager (they got rid of the local switch manager title) said on a call yesterday that there's big top secret announcement next week. (yeah right they all know what's coming.) I'm guessing reorg and layoffs for network operations. will see what happens.

Read through the other posts. If the rumors are true, Ulf's org starts next week.

True, haven’t heard anything about Ulf’s department. Can’t wait to get laid off.
