There was an invite sent out last week for the Optum Insight Operations Town Hall Meeting, scheduled for tomorrow.
The meeting was just moved to 9am - an unusual time of day for a typical town hall. On Monday my team's director mandated that anyone within driving distance of corporate headquarters must be onsite to attend the meeting in-person, and all remote workers must attend virtually. My team's leadership has never required us to attend these in the past (even though most do) let alone mandate we drive into the office and attend in-person!
Something feels fishy about this meeting. Has anyone else heard anything? It's making my entire team uneasy today.
