4 coaches, 57 customer care reps, 22 Techs, 1 person from Facilities and 2 RP reps got notified today at my center.
It's an emotional day seeing all these people crying and angry. I am so sick of the drama and pain. Being a leader in this company is horrible.

Yes, disregard the messages prior. A shutdown of one of the Atlanta offices was initiated. I believe both Ravinia and the Call Center had impacts but one was basically set to a skeleton crew with an eventual cut.
Call center jobs have to be the worst position to have in the company. They're constantly being downsized or outsourced, constantly having to be yelled at by the gutter trash of American society, and their bonuses are consistently made unachievable because their metrics are ridiculous.
