Brutally honest from beginning to end. Was it because I don’t care anymore? Actually, no. I was honest because I do care. I’ve invested 15 years of my life here just to watch everything I do day in and day out ultimately not mean a thing. I’m tired of CEOs and executives fattening themselves up off of our labor, only to turn around and treat us like we don’t matter later. Do I think anything will come of it? No. Do I think my survey results are anonymous? Definitely not. Do I care about the repercussions? Honestly? Not anymore. I’m a human being. I know the difference between right and wrong. Wells Fargo is a toxic mess like most of Corporate America. They pretend to care, but it’s ultimately empty PR.🤷🏻
I am not going to participate since they are not anonymous. I have heard and been personally subject to several cases of management retaliation.
Sitting it out this year. I have provided brutally honest answers in the annual and pulse surveys over the past two years. Our LOB managers have pivoted from trying to gloss over the results to acknowledging that many of the issues causing dissent are out of their control, and it’s clear that our feedback does not matter to the C-suite… so I really do not see any purpose in the survey at this point.
A recurring theme on this board is to not take the survey because you'll get punished for saying anything critical of the bank.
But another recurring theme on this board is to fantasize about getting laid off.
So...I don't know. Seems like the same people that claim to want to be laid off are also terrified of taking an employee survey 🤷
I'm taking it. If something bad happens to me, then so be it. It's just a job, and there's always another one to be found.
