1 , 2 maybe 3 years but 7+ without an increase , your NEVER GETTING ONE!

@yuw+1okVv32Q That's what we do in Networks. Make up for the pay by time off. iused mettal doesn't have a clue in Networks.
Delivery can do the leg work with thier an-l managers who like to lick a$$$,who will eventually find they are f4cked over.
You don't have to quit. Just work the number of hours the company pays you for. With no pay raises year after year for 10 years, it works out to just about firing up your laptop and taking the rest of the day off.
You can just stop. It's easy.
